Clothesline Project

The Clothesline Project

The Clothesline Project is an international effort that gives victims of domestic and sexual violence a voice and raises awareness about the problem and impact of these forms of violence.

How it works

Anyone impacted by domestic and/or sexual violence is invited to express themselves by crafting a message on a t-shirt. All materials are provided by the YWCA Mohawk Valley. Once a shirt is complete it is added to our collection and displayed at various events throughout the year.
