Purple Ribbon Campaign

Many thanks to all of our supporters throughout Oneida County for participating in this year’s Paint the Town Purple campaign by selling purple ribbons.

Purple is the official color used to bring awareness to the epidemic of domestic violence, and October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. As part of the effort to educate and bring awareness, local businesses and organizations show their support by selling purple ribbons throughout the month. Many thanks to all who participated this year.

If you snapped a photo of your display, send it to jphillips@ywcamv.org or eaboussleman@ywcamv.org and we will be  happy to display your picture!

Thanks, again!
